Specialties: Podiatry, Foot and Ankle, Wound Care

A Sammamish native, Dr. Menninger realized a passion for understanding human movement while obtaining his undergrad degree at WWU. While in Colorado, he received extensive training in foot and ankle reconstruction, sports medicine and biomechanics during residency.

“I chose SVH because I feel connected to this community,” he said. “It is my hope to provide quality and timely specialized care in a convenient location. There is a need for specialty foot and ankle care in the district and I look forward to working with existing services to coordinate patient care to help reduce pain and improve function for patients.”

While growing up, he visited Snoqualmie Valley regularly to hike, bike, golf, float the river and pick berries; and also skied Snoqualmie Pass. He spent seven years away from the Valley while at school and residency and always dreamed of coming back to the area. He did just that and now lives in Redmond.

Dr. Menninger married his high school sweetheart Erika. They have a 2-year-old son, Porter, and a baby on the way.

Outside of work, Dr. Menninger enjoys spending time with his family. They can be found swimming at Lake Sammamish, crabbing on Camano Island or skiing at Snoqualmie Pass. He also enjoys home improvement projects and cooking.
