Wound Care Services
We have a Certified Wound Care Nurse that is available to provide assistance, treatment and care instructions on all wounds. The wound care is completed by one of our qualified nurses while our wound care nurse is responsible for the weekly assessments of the patient and assists in ongoing training for all nurses.
A patient’s primary care doctor sends over orders and then our staff contacts the patient to arrange an appointment time (one-time or daily ongoing treatment). The Certified Wound Care Nurse is available to provide assistance, treatment and care instructions that are then carried out by the wound nurse or any of our qualified nurses.
Types of Wounds
We offer a large range of wound care ranging from simple wounds like skin tears, surgical/suture care and stage I or II pressure ulcers to complex wounds like Stage III, IV and Unstageable ulcers, wet to dry dressings, debridement and wound vac therapy.
