COVID VACCINE ELIGIBILITY

You must be 12 years of age or older to receive the Pfizer vaccine and 18 years of age or older to receive the Moderna vaccine.

GETTING YOUR COVID VACCINE AT SVH

We provide COVID vaccinations to the public using our Drive-Thru Service Center. If you are eligible for a vaccine, please schedule your appointments online on SolvHealth. If you are unable to schedule your appointment online, please call the hospital to schedule your appointment by phone, (425) 396-7682. You must make an appointment to receive a vaccine.

Moderna COVID-19 Vaccination hours are from 10 a.m. to 6 p.m. Monday-Friday. Pfizer vaccines are scheduled from Noon to 6 p.m. Monday-Friday. Vaccinations are not offered during holidays, and additional vaccination days may pop up as schedules allow for publicized mass vaccination events.

COVID-19 VACCINATION FOR CHILDREN AND TEENS

As a partner with the King County COVID Vaccination Partnership Network, we’ll be offering Pfizer Vaccines for Children and Teens beginning the week of May 17.

Seattle & King County Public Health developed a page just for Children and Teens. If you have questions, you’re sure to find what you are looking for here. ARRIVING AT SVH FOR YOUR VACCINE DURING THE WEEK

As you approach the hospital located at 9801 Frontier Ave. SE, follow the signs for COVID Vaccines & Testing. You will pass the main hospital entrance and make the second right into the driveway that will take you to the back of the hospital. You will be greeted by SVH COVID Team staff with further instructions. Please wait at the posted stop sign until waved ahead by COVID Team member.

If you are here for a vaccination and have forgotten to fill out an online consent form, please fill out this form before arriving to help speed up the process.

 

COVID TESTING AT THE DRIVE-THRU SITE
MONDAY-FRIDAY 7:30-9:30 a.m.

As you approach the hospital located at 9801 Frontier Ave. SE, follow the signs for COVID Vaccines & Testing. You will pass the main hospital entrance and make the second right into the driveway that will take you to the back of the hospital. You will be greeted by SVH COVID Team staff with further instructions. Please wait at the posted Stop sign until a COVID Team member waves you forward.

COVID testing is recommended only for those who are currently experiencing symptoms, or who have had direct and unprotected exposure to a person with a known positive COVID case, as well as those planning to travel. Testing times are 7:30-9:30 a.m. Monday-Friday, except for holidays. No appointment is necessary.

Registration forms will be delivered to waiting cars and can also be downloaded and completed prior to arrival. If you bring a completed form with you, have your form, insurance and ID cards readily available for staff. You’ll be coached through the collection of your nasal sample. In most cases, you can expect to receive your results within 1-2 days.

NOTE: King County Health has ordered anyone who undergoes COVID testing with symptoms or exposure to someone with the virus to quarantine until test results are known or longer if results detect the virus.

 

IF YOU NEED TRANSPORTATION 

If you are unable to drive through the COVID service center, but want to make a vaccine appointment during the week and need transportation, Snoqualmie Valley Transit is providing rides to and from the hospital clinic. Contact SVT at (425) 888-7001 for information.

MAY 17 COVID VACCINATION UPDATE

PFIZER VACCINES WILL BE AVAILABLE FOR ANYONE 12 YEARS OR OLDER THIS WEEK

As a partner in the King County COVID Vaccination Partnership Network, Snoqualmie Valley Hospital has made a commitment to expand our vaccination efforts. We are currently ramping up to provide Pfizer vaccines this week and will provide an update when our schedule is opened.

The SVH COVID Team is creating a plan to reschedule all of the May 2 appointments canceled yesterday. We will be calling patients personally to reschedule appointments over the next few days.

APRIL 20 COVID VACCINATION UPDATE

MAY 2 COVID VACCINATION APPOINTMENTS CANCELED

To our surprise, COVID vaccination appointments were inadvertently made available on Sunday, May 2. Today, we informed scheduled patients we needed to cancel their appointments made for that day.

We are unsure how this happened, but are looking into the appointment system to make sure this doesn’t happen again.

Both first- and second-dose vaccines are available by appointment only. Online appointments can be made through SolvHealth. If you have limited or no access to technology, please call (425) 396-7682 to schedule your appointment.

MARCH 17, 2021 MASS VACCINATION CLINIC UPDATE

The March 28 Mass Vaccination Clinic appointments have been filled as of 11 a.m. today.

Please continue using SolvHealth for first- and second-dose appointments. Solv schedules on a rolling two-week schedule, which means a day is added after midnight each day. If you cannot access the online scheduling portal, please call 425-396-7682.

MASS VACCINATION CLINIC JUST ANNOUNCED FOR MARCH 28

Snoqualmie Valley Hospital will be hosting a MASS VACCINATION CLINIC for people eligible (See PhaseFinder for eligibility.) for first-dose vaccines on March 28 in collaboration with the Snoqualmie Fire Department.

Appointments are required and online scheduling is now open for the clinic through SolvHealth. If you cannot access the online scheduling portal, please call 425-396-7682 or (425) 831-2300.

A limited number of first-dose COVID vaccines were approved and are scheduled to arrive next week. Once delivered to the hospital, our staff will call people to reschedule their previously canceled first-dose vaccine appointments. Second-dose vaccine appointments are continuing as scheduled. If you are in need of a second dose, please call the hospital directly to schedule your appointment, (425) 396-7682. If you are in need of transportation to and from the hospital in order to receive your vaccination, please call Snoqualmie Valley Transportation for information, (425) 888-7001.

FIRST-DOSE VACCINES NOT CURRENTLY AVAILABLE, SECOND-DOSE VACCINES ON SCHEDULE

First-dose COVID Vaccines continue to be in short supply nationally, which is prohibiting the hospital from scheduling those appointments at this time. Second-dose vaccination appointments are continuing as scheduled. If you are in need of a second dose, please call the hospital directly to schedule your appointment, (425) 396-7682. If you are in need of transportation to and from the hospital in order to receive your vaccination, please call Snoqualmie Valley Transportation for information, (425) 888-7001.

FEB. 26, 2021 COVID VACCINATION UPDATE

FIRST-DOSE COVID VACCINATION APPOINTMENTS REMAIN ON HOLD

Due to the continued first-dose vaccine shortage and shipping delays as a result of last week’s national weather events, first-dose COVID vaccinations are remaining on hold. Second-dose vaccination appointments will continue as scheduled. Once we receive first-dose COVID vaccines, we will call to reschedule your canceled appointment and open new first-dose vaccination appointments.

The next COVID vaccine update will be Friday, March 5, 2021.

Although COVID Vaccines and COVID Testing happen at the same location, getting to the drive-up site is different for both.

  • Turn onto SE 99 St. from Snoqualmie Parkway.
  • Take the second right into the driveway to the left of the hospital, following signs to the COVID VACCINE site.
  • You will be greeted by staff who will check your paperwork and IDs.

FOR COVID TESTING
7:30 – 9:30 a.m. Mon-Fri
No appointment needed

  • Turn onto SE 99 St. from Snoqualmie Parkway.
  • Take the second right into the driveway to the left of the hospital, following signs to the COVID VACCINE site.
  • Have your ID, Insurance and registration forms (if you’ve completed your form at home) ready. Staff will provide registration forms if you need one.
