Our Urgent Care is conveniently located in the heart of Snoqualmie Ridge, just two blocks from Snoqualmie Parkway, and walk-ins are welcomed.
Consider an Urgent Care Visit for the following:
- Allergies
- Back pain
- Cold or flu symptoms
- Dental pain
- Diarrhea or constipation
- Headache, eye and ear pain
- Mild abdominal pain
- Mild Asthma
- Minor cuts, burns and rashes
- Motion sickness
- Nausea or occasional vomiting
- Provider visit for rapid COVID, flu, strep or mono testing
- Short term medication refills
- Sore throat
- STD or urinary symptoms
Urgent Care services should not take the place of routine visits with your primary care provider. Snoqualmie Ridge Urgent Care is best suited for non-emergent care, when you know you need to see someone right away, but an Emergency Department visit isn’t needed. Those with life or limb threatening injuries should call 911. Snoqualmie Valey Health’s Emergency Department is open 24/7.
We accept Medicare, Medicaid, PPO and Self Pay options. We do not accept cash payments for self-pay or co-payments.

COVID-19
We perform Rapid Antigen COVID Testing at the Urgent Care for patients who are symptomatic and would like to see a provider. We do not administer COVID vaccines or booster at the Urgent Care, nor do we provide boxed rapid antigen tests. For more information about those services, please visit our COVID-19 page.
For your safety and the safety of our patients and staff, please call before entering the Urgent Care if you have COVID symptoms such as sore throat, cough, congestion, fever, nausea, or fatigue. Please call 425-831-3800 and we will provide additional instructions for building entry.

Sarah Leppert
Sarah Leppert is a dedicated provider in our Urgent Care. She values collaborative patient partnerships, ensuring their comfort and involvement in healthcare decisions.
With over a decade of experience in direct patient care, she has a diverse background spanning same-day acute care, primary care, and endocrinology. Her clinical interests are in treating acute injuries and illnesses, conducting sports physicals, and caring for both pediatric and adult patients. Her experience has also fostered a special interest in diabetes management.
She completed her Bachelors of Science in Public Health at the University of Washington. She then pursued further education at the University of Washington School of Medicine’s MEDEX Northwest Masters of Clinical Health Services Physician Assistant Program.
Outside of work, Sarah finds joy in outdoor activities such as landscaping, gardening and exploring nature. She cherishes family time and travel experiences, actively supporting her kids during baseball games and cheering for the Mariners.

Katherine Thompson, PA-C, is a dedicated healthcare professional serving as part of the Snoqualmie Ridge Urgent Care team. She is committed to delivering exceptional care and contributing to the mission of providing thoughtful, holistic, patient-centered healthcare to the Snoqualmie Valley.
What truly excites Katherine about being a part of Snoqualmie Valley Hospital is the opportunity for growth and the ability to build new resources within the health district. She believes in constantly improving healthcare services and finding innovative ways to better serve the community. Katherine’s passion lies in trauma-informed care, particularly for survivors of sexual assault, intimate partner violence, child abuse, and human trafficking. Her focus on this niche area demonstrates her deep commitment to supporting and advocating for those who have experienced trauma.
Outside of her professional life, Katherine finds joy in living in the picturesque Snoqualmie Valley. The proximity to nature and a wide range of outdoor activities provides her with a perfect balance to her work. She appreciates the easy access to hiking trails, scenic views, and the opportunity to engage in her favorite pastime: competitive rowing as a masters rower for Lake Sammamish. When she’s not rowing or immersed in her work, Katherine enjoys spending time with her one-and-only grey tabby cat, who keeps her company and brings joy to her life.
